Mcafee Customer Service Fun

Seeing as how it is Sunday, there is no mail and no freebies to post.  Instead I though I would post the screencap of a conversation I had with McAfee Customer Support.  It is renewal time for my Total Protection software and I thought I would save time and renew online this year.  WRONG! McAfee wants $69.99 to renew online.  On Amazon it is only about $34 dollars.  I can buy it from Amazon and have it shipped to my house in a day and would still be cheaper than renewing online at McAfee.  So here is the conversation.  Yes, I was kind of sassy...but it is Sunday and I was bored...lol.
